Purchased credits are used for AI generation. Unused purchased credits may be reviewed for refund where required by law or payment provider rules.
Refund policy
This policy explains how AIMeiGen handles payments, purchased credits, failed jobs, duplicate charges and refund requests.
Receipts
Stripe provides checkout receipts. Keep your receipt or session ID when contacting support about a payment issue.
Refund review
Duplicate charges, payment errors and unused credit refunds are reviewed case by case. Generated or consumed credits are generally not refundable.
Failed generations
If provider logs show a generation failed before producing a usable result, AIMeiGen may return credits or allow a retry.
How to request help
Contact support with your account email, Stripe receipt, approximate time, generation task ID and a short description. We do not promise refunds for dissatisfaction with model style, prompt choices or outputs created from user-provided materials.
